NATURAL CONNECTING IMAGE 67 (NCI)

(Documentation for a 3D virtual voyage)

NCI 67 illustrates the basic visual organization of an almost intact natural environment and can be used as an example for 3D virtual voyages incorporating the Golden Mean. It provides access to unified sensory information for those who are surrounded by broken sensory information. NCI 67 visually speaking, can be compared to the symbol of the Golden Mean = Ø. Its light organization reminds us of the importance of surrounding ourselves with connecting elements as described in transition 5.

In the natural world, connectors are provided to facilitate the passage between the different elements (forms, color, and light), for example the grays are used as transition to the oppositions black and white. These connectors prevent the loss of inner energy that can be used for positive thinking. In nature, the ease of movement from one form to another is so subtle that we are unaware of it, unless we spend a great amount of time analyzing its hidden conception. NCI 67 is an all seasons walking exercise in a natural environment and can also be categorized as a live linear drawing. The trail is made of long curves leading to smaller ones (circles = analysis of the surroundings from every angle). It facilitates movement from small to large (small-medium-large), exceptional combinations of almost straight lines and curves, opaque trees (northern and eastern section) and transparent (southern and western section), several portals (passage between two trees) and one portal in particular consists of circumventing an opaque -360 degrees- and is to tune the brain for the passage from reduced light (opaque trees) to maximum light (transparent trees and clearing). It is a reminder of naturel connecting image 61, section 2 (reduced light) preparing the passage to section 3 (maximum light), etc

Its vegetation consists of a combination of shrubs and trees (opacity = conifers, transparence = birches/cottonwood…). Its perimeter is approximately 44 X 59 meters (2626 square meters) including the exercise and part of the entourage, height 20-25m and altitude 744 meters approximate, PLEASE view the photographers. It is located at N53 53.075-97 - W122 48.557-68, recorded with a Garmin eTrex in 2016.

MINIMAL EXPLANATIONS

These files do not include written explanations as they are conceived for a visual reading. If you find it difficult to visually read them, it is recommended to view them more than once while listening to unified music (high level of connecting sounds that can help to concentrate...). They are also meant to be viewed in progression, as each file evolves from the previous ones.

The blue purple ellipses at the bottom of each section are the links to the files, either a solo PDF or a Zip file (more than one PDF). The PDFs files of NCI 67 (4100-6480 x 30000 pixels) are meant to be viewed on a large or multiple monitors and or a screen with a projector.
